The invention concerns the food-processing industry, in particular, manufacture of biologically active additives to foodstuff, and can be used as a source of bioflavînoid-luteolin, and vitamins having antioxidant effect.
"ERAVIT" biologically active additive to foodstuff" differs from all analogues by quantitative and qualitative formula of its components. The formula of the biologically active additive does not contain such minor constituents as Ferrous Sulfate 7-Hydrate, Zinc Sulfate 7-hydrate, Cupric Sulfate 5-Hydrate, Chrome (3) Sulfate 6-Hydrate, Cobaltic Sulfate 7-Hydrate, Manganic Sulphate 5-Hydrate, ammonium vanadate, ammonium molybdate, since they do not have antioxidant effect, on the contrary minor constituent selenium and vitamin mixture are included into its formula; technology of biologically active additive’s production has been changed. The received extract of lucerne is not boiled out in the drying chamber, but obtained in the liquid form that allows increasing safety of bioflavonoids.
All fundamental researches have been carried out on the basis of the “Ural State Academy of Veterinary Medicine” (the city of Troitsk, the Chelyabinsk Region).
