The scientific and production company "AVERS" has prepared for publication a new Manual for teachers of higher educational institutions and specialists in the field of medicine, biochemistry and biology – "Basics of photoexposure of plant and animal cells. Introduction to phototherapy" The monograph consists of twenty chapters. The work details the effects of sunlight on plant and animal cells at the molecular and cellular levels. Separately examined are the effects of ultraviolet, visible and infrared radiation on the constituent organic molecules of cells, as well as their positive and negative sides. The mechanism of carcinogenesis, appearance of a malignant cell and stages of oncological tumor formation are described in detail. A separate chapter describes the effect of laser radiation and the prospects of its use in medicine.

In the monograph the most important regularities of interaction of light with the components of plant and animal cells are considered, the basic concepts of photophysical and photochemical processes are given, the classification of photobiological reactions is presented. A new theory of the origin of organic life on our planet is grounded. The main place is devoted to a systematic description of the processes of photosynthesis and vision, basic photobiological reactions are presented, attention is focused on molecular and membrane processes.

For the first time the mechanism of the influence of incoherent and coherent electromagnetic radiation of all spectra of sunlight on plant and animal cells, as well as on tissues and organs of animals and humans, describes all the negative and positive aspects. The laws of biochemical and photobiological transformations are presented and prospects of application of light in medicine of the future are considered.

The Scientific and Production Company "AVERS" together with the Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (LETI) has prepared the Guidelines for university professors and experts in the field of nanotechnology, biology and medicine - "WEAK AND SUPERWEAK EFFECTS IN NANOTECHNOLOGY, BIOLOGY AND MEDICINE" - for publication. The monograph consists of four chapters. This paper discusses the influence of weak electromagnetic fields, currents and incoherent electromagnetic radiation, photomechanical memory phenomena and interference effects produced by complex shaped diffraction gratings during their impact on the processes in nanotechnologies and on biological objects. Fixed, variable and pulsed magnetic, electric, acoustic and electromagnetic fields are considered as physical fields. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the structured electromagnetic fields on the processes of synthesis of film structures on the ground of self-organization.

The mechanism of the effect of the incoherent electromagnetic radiation within the visible sunlight spectrum on the plant and animal cells, as well as on the tissues and organs of animals and humans is detailed for the first time. The laws of photobiological transformations and perspectives for the application of the visible spectrum of light in medicine of the future are described.

The Guidelines are released by the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2016 for universities and specialists in this field.

JSC "AVERS" has developed new devices and methods for viral infection treatment and prophylaxis in domesticated animals and cattle with no use of medications.

Clinical tests passed in "Ural State Academy of Veterinary Medicine". The best records have been established in period and clinical course of diseases.

New methods and devices for improvement of cattle and poultry growing have been developed. Thus, our method allows get daily increase of growth to over 800-1000g per day for young calf as opposed to the usual 400-600g without a change in the diet.

JSC "AVERS" is THE FIRST IN THE WORLD to have developed devices to increase the storage life of meat products without freezing, based on new ways of preparation and storing. “Freshly-killed meat" can be stored at 5-14 degrees in a fridge or a cold-store for more than 12 days keeping taste and other characteristics of fresh meat. The same is true for fish and dairy produce.
